The Sleep Solutions Program is free for all staff and gives you practical, evidence-informed tools to help you sleep better. Each session includes a short video, an insightful article, audio exercises for winding down, and guided relaxation designed to ease you into sleep. There are also quick techniques you can use in just a few minutes, any time you need them.
The program also includes content for people whose sleep does not follow a standard pattern, including shift workers and carers.

Register for the program
Submit the form to register for the program. You will also need to be registered on the MindRazr platform to access the program content. If you have registered for this program in previous years, you will automatically be re-enrolled again this year, so you don't need to re-register. You can also opt-out at any time.
Install or update to the latest MindRazr app
You will need to install or update to the latest version of the MindRazr app to access the latest program content. Use the links at the bottom of the page to install either the iPhone app or Android app, or scan the QR code below. You can also search for "MindRazr" directly in the app stores.
