Stress is a part of life, but you can learn ways to manage it more effectively.
We all experience stress from time to time, and not all of it is bad. But when it builds up without positive ways to manage it, it can start to affect your sleep, mood, energy and well... pretty much just life in general.
The 7-day Stress Buster program is free for all staff and gives you practical tools to build healthier ways to manage stress. You will learn about the different types of stress, what causes it, and simple techniques you can use straight away.
Step 1: Register for the program
To access the program you need to be registered on the MindRazr platform. If you have not previously registered, you can do so here.
Step 2: Install the MindRazr app
To access the audio and video content you will also need to also be registered on one of the MindRazr apps. For the best experience, we recommend installing the MindRazr app on your phone.
