Our drinking habits can change over time and sometimes creep up on us, especially when we're tired or stressed. If you're thinking about your drinking patterns or considering some changes, this program might be helpful.
The 7-day "Mastering Moderation" program is free for MindRazr enterprise customer's staff and completely private and confidential. Your participation will not be shared with your organisation. The program explores the impact alcohol can have on our sleep, focus, energy and wellbeing, along with exercises, articles and ideas to help you dial it back a bit.
You'll get daily articles, short videos, guided audio exercises, and practical tips to help you master moderation.
Important Note:
To access all program content, you must also be registered on the MindRazr platform via the MindRazr apps. If you don't register on the platform also, you won't be able to receive the correct information for your organisation and you won't be able to play the audio and video content that is shared.
