A mid-year check-in is a chance to stop, take stock and reset your routines for the second half of the year. The program is free for all MindRazr enterprise customers, and completely private.

What it's about Most of us start the year with goals or positive changes we'd like to make. Then real life takes over. By the middle of the year, things have often drifted from where we wanted them to be. The Mid-Year Reset gives you a chance to check in and make some small changes across the things that affect how you feel day to day.

What you'll get You'll get articles, short videos and guided audio exercises across the focus areas below. To help you stay on track, you can access the digital habit tracker in the MindRazr app, or ask your admin team for one of the magnetic habit trackers. Take what's useful for you and leave the rest.

Your privacy Your registration and all your activity on the MindRazr platform and programs is completely private. Your personal information and activity is not shared with your employer.

Register for the program

Submit the form to register for the program. You will also need to be registered on the MindRazr platform to access the program content. If you have registered for this program in previous years, you will automatically be re-enrolled again this year, so you don't need to re-register. You can also opt-out at any time.

You will need to install or update to the latest version of the MindRazr app to access the latest program content. Use the links at the bottom of the page to install either the iPhone app or Android app, or scan the QR code below. You can also search for "MindRazr" directly in the app stores.
